PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a panel member, which dispenses with welding work on a construction site, which enables the panel member to be mounted by only mechanical connection, which enables the progress of process management without being affected by weather, and which can bring about stable quality without being affected by a worker's construction technique. SOLUTION: A horizontally-long loose hole 16a is provided in the undersurface of a skeleton 15; a retainer member 17 capable of fixing one end of a rod body 11 is embedded in a side surface near an upper end of the panel member 14; one end of a T-shaped connecting member 12 is provided with a protrusion 12b which is elongated in a T-shape to both sides; the other end of the connecting member 12 is provided with an annular portion 12d which constitutes a loose hole 12c; the T-shaped protrusion of the T-shaped connecting member is engaged with the loose hole of the undersurface of the skeleton; the rod body is inserted through the annular portion, and fixed by means of an anchoring implement 13; and a leading end of the rod body is fixed to the panel member by means of the retainer member.
