PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule produced with a simple method requiring no expensive production cost free from effecting on the pharmaceuticals, chemicals, health foods, etc., included in the capsule, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The soft capsule of the invention substantially comprises gelatin and obtained by including various contents in a capsule membrane with micro bubbles mixed in an arbitrary amount. The method for producing the soft capsule of the invention comprises obtaining a gelatin solution by heating and dissolving gelatin with glycerin in pure water, mixing bubbles to the solution in a mixing apparatus under heat insulation, and forming a capsule membrane by using the gelatin solution mixed with bubbles and then including the contents in the gelatin membrane.
