PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding shaft deflection prevention mechanism for preventing torque deflection caused by torque increase of tensile force working on a winding shaft, a winding device, and a winding method. SOLUTION: The winding shaft deflection prevention mechanism has a winding shaft deflection prevention means and a deflection prevention means for gravity for preventing torque deflection and gravity deflection generated to the winding shaft when winding a web, accompanying increase of winding diameter and weight of a winding product.
