PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively suck and hold a conveyance medium with respect to a conveyance belt by providing a pressurization belt stretched between rollers and carrying out surface contact with the conveyance belt in a conveyance medium introduction part of the conveyance belt, and carrying out pressurization to the conveyance belt by the pressurization belt. SOLUTION: The pressurization belt 33 stretched between a pair of pressurization rollers 31 and 32 is arranged such that the pressurization roller 31 on an upstream side faces a driven roller 9 of the conveyance belt 4, and by pressurizing the pressurization rollers 31 and 32 toward a conveyance belt 4 side by the pressurization springs 31a and 32a, a printing medium 1 between the pressurization belt 33 and the conveyance belt 4 is adhered to the conveyance belt 4. At this point, a gate roller 14 is changed to an opened state to release the printing medium 1 when a tip of the printing medium 1 is in between the pressurization belt 33 and the conveyance belt 4, slipping of the printing medium 1 and the conveyance belt 4 due to a difference between a feeding speed of the printing medium 1 by the gate roller 14 and a moving speed of the conveyance belt 4 is avoided, and lifting of the printing medium 1 following slipping is prevented.
