PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller shaft supporting device improved in the degree of flexibility of the layout in a vehicle, and reduced in the number of parts items by directly fitting a center bearing with one bolt. SOLUTION: The propeller shaft supporting device comprises the center bearing 4 rotatably supporting a propeller shaft, a casing 12 provided in the periphery of the center bearing 4, and an outside annular member 10 provided in the periphery of the casing through a rubber mount 11. A bolt insertion hole 10a is formed to pass through the outside annular member 10 along the radial direction thereof, and the center bearing is fitted to a cross member 7 of a car body floor by supporting it at one point with one fitting bolt 19 inserted into the bolt insertion hole and a nut 14.
