PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel condition detection device capable of retaining normal detection conditions by preventing invasion of foreign matter from a communication part for detection. SOLUTION: A TPMS valve 16 is provided with a communication part open close mechanism 80 opening and closing a communication hole 71 provided on a case 62 to regulate puncture repair agent from invading into a detection space S2 via the communication hole 71 in puncture repair. The communication part open close mechanism 80 comprises a mechanical mechanism including a cover body 81 and a torsion coil spring, and automatically opens and closes the communication hole 71 by centrifugal force acting on a wheel 14.
