PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of air remaining between rubber strips and between the rubber strip and body to be wound and maintain high tire quality while securing a merit by a strip wind system. SOLUTION: A rubber member G for a tire is formed by positionally shifting the rubber strip 10 from one side F1 to the other side F2 in the axial direction along with the rotation of the body 30 to be wound and spirally winding and overlapping around the surface of the body 30 to be wound. A plurality of air-vent grooves are formed on at least one of surfaces of the rubber strip 10. The air-vent groove extends at an angleθof 20 to 90°with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rubber strip 10, the maximum groove width of the air-vent groove is 0.3 to 3.0 mm, and the maximum groove depth thereof is 0.1 to 3.0 mm.
