PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust remover capable of removing dust conveniently at low cost and its operation method. SOLUTION: The dust remover is provided with walls having hydrophilic layers on their surfaces and a watering system, which makes water film be deposited on the hydrophilic layers, and the thus deposited water film adsorb dust, and washes off the adsorbed dust.
