PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the current method of directly putting a plastic bag containing food into an electric water boiling jar or a rice cooker for heating processed food or semi-processed food put in the plastic bag in warm water or the like, since in Japan today as the world's top long-life nation, easier, simpler, and tastier food is preferred because there are fewer large families, and more nuclear families or elderly-only families. SOLUTION: By putting the food in a bag, and placing it on the steaming net while rice is cooked in the rice cooker, the food is heated simultaneously as the rice is cooked.
