摘要 A thermionic conduction panel for hypocaust and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a floor from being cracked due to repeated heating and cooling by coating perforated aluminum waste scraps with metal coating layers. A thermionic conduction panel for hypocaust comprises an aluminum waste scrap(110), a metal coating layer(130), and a zincate layer(120). The aluminum waste scrap includes a plurality of holes. The metal coating layer is formed on the aluminum waste scrap to prevent chemical reaction between acid and alkali. The zincate is formed between the aluminum waste scrap and the metal coating layer to chemically flow current between the aluminum waste scrap and the metal coating layer.
