A hose winder driving system is provided to allow a user to wind a pesticide spray hose easily and conveniently, while preventing occurrence of an accident caused by the user's carelessness. A hose winder driving system includes a motor(20) to generate a drive force for rotating a winding drum, and a control section to control the operation of the motor. The control section is constituted by: a push switch(30) to apply power to the motor; a switch pressing part driven by a cylinder(32) to press the push switch and to control the operation of the motor; a cylinder driving tube(34) connected to a return tube(16) to return pesticides when a pesticide hose(11) is closed; and a nozzle(36) installed at a joint between the return tube and the cylinder driving tube to control the pressure of pesticides being supplied to the cylinder driving tube.
