A diffuser for controlling wind direction and wind volume is provided for a user to rotate a wind direction/wind volume control unit to a desired control position by hand and fix the same by the weight to keep the changed position, thereby simplifying the user's control of the wind direction and wind volume as desired. A diffuser for controlling wind direction and wind volume includes a main body(10) formed with an air supply hole(11) for supplying atmospheric air to a room, and a wind direction/wind volume control unit(20) coupled with the main body and movable relatively. The control unit moves between a plurality of wind volume control positions, which block the air supply hole by different degrees, for controlling the direction and volume of the air discharged via the air supply hole. The control unit has at least a part eccentrically disposed with respect to a rotation shaft to relatively rotate with respect to the main body. The control unit includes a pair of cylindrical rotation supporting parts(21) coupled with the main body for the relative rotation and facing each other with a distance therebetween, and a cylindrical eccentric rotation shaft(25) coupled with the rotation supporting parts at an eccentric position with respect to a central axis(C) between the rotation supporting parts to connect the rotation supporting parts.
