<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to various charging processings by providing a plurality of interfaces in a vending machine connected to an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The vending machine 20 exchanges the processing information and a control signal with a copying machine 21 by a signal line via a first interface part 3 (parallel I/F). The vending machine 20 is provided with a second interface part 10 (serial I/F (I/F part 10a)) different from the first interface part 3 for exchanging processing information and a control signal with a printing charging server 22 connected to a printer 24 via the second interface part 10. The processing information and the control signals input/output via the first and second interface parts 3 and 10 are decided to perform conversion, according to the processing information and the control signals. The plurality of interfaces for charging are provided in the vending machine 20.
