<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow constructing device, workflow constructing method, or the like capable of resolving the largeness of stored data during constructing workflow, effectively utilizing the storage capacity of a memory and efficiently constructing workflow. <P>SOLUTION: Contents of unit processing which are workflow components and are divided into each function type are stored and registered in a storing means 108. Workflow is constructed by combining notations specifying the registered contents of unit processing.
