<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method, a communication system, a central device and a computer program for giving a new upsurge of sentiment to a user in a service for transmitting a plurality of pieces of transmission information including the story of a novel or comics or the like in the predetermined order from a central device such as a Web server computer to terminal equipment such as a portable telephone set. <P>SOLUTION: A portable type telephone set 2 transmits a transmission request to request the transmission of first transmission information to a central device 1. The central device 1 receives a transmission request, and transmits the first transmission information to a portable telephone set 2 at the transmission origin of the transmission request.
