PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately evaluate document designs.

SOLUTION: A user who sets a target impression of document design production is classified under one of a plurality of clusters according to the user's characteristics (S50). Choices matching the target impression of document design production which are selected by the user by reference to an impression expression database including a group of choices expressing document impressions are acquired, and impression information representing the target impression of document design production is determined according to the cluster to which the user belongs and the selected choices (S10).
