<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution system and its information processing method or the like to avoid concentrating access on a specific terminal apparatus when contents data are opened, in a P2P type contents distribution system having a plurality of terminal apparatuses distributed and arranged on a network. <P>SOLUTION: The system has a content key to reproduce or acquire the contents data by the terminal apparatus, provides a content key supplying apparatus to transmit the contents key according to a request from the terminal apparatus, calculates a supply capability of the contents data in the content distribution system in the content key supplying apparatus, and controls a transmission of the contents key to the request of the content key by a part exceeding the supply capability when the request of the contents key beyond the supply capability is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
