<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plot a correction grid on an arbitrarily set reference coordinate system and to make a corrected amount dealt as one for a location on the reference coordinate system. <P>SOLUTION: In a laser scanning apparatus, using as a reference a mechanical coordinate system that is determined in reliance upon the mounting position of an optical system such as a plurality of galvanometer scanners, the controller 1 sets a reference coordinate system in terms of a translation and rotation quantities relative to the mechanical coordinate system. The controller 1 includes: a coordinate system setting means 115 that determines transformation matrix from the reference coordinate system to the mechanical coordinate system; a coordinate transforming means 113 that transforms a position based on the reference coordinate system outputted by a corrected quantity adding means 104, to a position based on the mechanical coordinate system by the transformation matrix; an inverse kinematics means 105 that transforms the position outputted by the coordinate transforming means 113 to the rotation angle of the galvanometer scanners and instructs a servo amplifier 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
