PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily test and confirm the detection and non-detection of pattern information indicating copy inhibition for composite image data to which the pattern information is combined. SOLUTION: A pattern information composition means 9 combines the pattern information indicating a copy inhibited page with image data to be an original, and a storage means 11 stores the composite image data. A printing means 13 prints the stored image data on a print paper sheet 31, and a simple read means 15 is disposed in the carrying path of the print paper sheet 31 on which the image data are printed and simply reads the image data from the print paper sheet 31. A pattern information detection means 17 detects whether or not there is the pattern information in the simple image data. A discharge distribution control means 19 controls the distribution discharge of the print paper sheet 31 when the pattern information detection means 17 does not detect the pattern information.
