PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board having a wiring structure, capable of realizing a decrease in transmission loss by reducing impedance mismatching, even if it is bent stereoscopically. SOLUTION: In the flexible wiring board 10 having a characteristic impedance control circuit 20, a planar projection profile of a bent location 20A of the characteristic impedance circuit forms an arc along a tangent line, after the circuit board is bent.
