PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the connection of electric wires of not less than the number of plate terminals fixed to one connecting position of a terminal board, to flexibly respond to a circuit change, and furthermore, to connect the electric wires having different thicknesses. SOLUTION: In a connecting and fixing structure of a terminal in which the plate terminals 1 in which a through hole 1E to be fixed to the terminal board is formed at one connecting position of the terminal board are fixed in a plurality of numbers, the electric wires are crimped and fixed to other plate terminals 2, 3 excluding at least one plate terminal 1, an elastic piece part 4 to be electrically connected by means that a plate like electrical contact part 11 is inserted in free insertion and removal is formed at least at the one plate terminal 1, and the electric wires are crimped and fixed to the crimping terminal 10 equipped with this electrical contact part 11.
