PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley with a damper suitable for an engine of a small automobile or the like capable of reducing a weight and a dimension in a diameter direction. SOLUTION: The pulley 10 with the damper is provided with a damper unit 20, a pulley unit 30, and a pressure ring 50 fitting in an inner circumference surface of a pulley part 32. Thereby, the pressure ring 50 is fitted in a pulley part 32 so that the damper unit 20 and the pulley unit 30 are integrated. A cylindrical part formed on a boss part becomes unnecessary, and the weight and dimension in the diameter direction of the pulley 10 with the damper are reduced, and application to a crank shaft or the like of a small engine becomes easy. Because a mounting position of the pressure ring 50 can be adjusted in an axial direction, the pulley part 32 of the pulley unit 30 can be mounted in a predetermined position in the axial direction with an end surface of the boss part 22 of the damper unit 20 as a reference.
