PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to elements provided in an inverter device under heat, relating to a fluid machine driving and controlling a drive motor by the inverter device. SOLUTION: An inside of a casing 30 of a compressor 20 is filled with high pressure refrigerant delivered from a compression mechanism 50, and SiC element 62 of the inverter device 60 is arranged inside of the casing 30.
