PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric floor heater panel A which can effectively avoid occurrence of tensile stress to a cord-shaped heater 54. SOLUTION: A wiring groove 53 is formed on the back of an extra-long wooden base material 50A of the electric floor heater panel A, and the wiring of the cord-shaped heater 54 is installed. The groove width of the U-turn part 53b of the wiring groove 53 is made larger than that of the straight-line part 53a, and the inner wall surface 57 of the U-turn part 53b is made an arc shape viewed from above.
