PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a work load on an operator and enhance working efficiency by controlling a side vibrator mounted on a concrete finisher. SOLUTION: This concrete finisher 1 comprises a side vibrator 12 for compacting a ready-mixed concrete and a sensor 15 detecting the height of the upper surface of the ready-mixed concrete around the side vibrator 12. The side vibrator 12 is controlled by the sensor 15. Consequently, the work load on the operator can be reduced by preventing the side vibrator 12 from being blank-shot. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
