PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a joint between a water pipe (main pipe) embedded in the sprinkling block of a sprinkling snow-melting device, and a branch pipe branching off from the water pipe, which eliminates the risk that water leakage may be caused by poor jointing, which can accurately regulate the angle of the branch pipe with respect to the water pipe, and which enables the branch pipe to be connected to the water pipes with various kinds of diameters by means of the same member or a small number of types of members. SOLUTION: This structure comprises: a plurality of locking protrusions 5 which are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base end of the branch pipe 2 in such a manner that its diameter can be reduced by elasticity possessed by a material for the branch pipe 2; a male screw 9 which is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base end of the branch pipe 2; a holding nut 8 which is screwed into the male screw; water sealing packing 14 which is held in the state of being sandwiched between a water pipe-side end surface of the holding nut and an outer peripheral surface around a branch hole 3 of the water pipe 1; and a holding washer 11 which is composed of an elastic plate material held in the state of being sandwiched between the water sealing packing and the holding nut 8, so as to make the packing 14 bent while following the arc of the outer periphery of the water pipe.
