PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler for concrete blocks capable of simplifying management including storage and replenishment and facilitating connection work. SOLUTION: Since a coupler body 2 and a connection piece 3 for connecting male screw parts 2A, 2A in its both end parts each other are mutually connected through a connection member 4, the management of these coupler body 2, connection piece 3, and connection member 4 including their storage and replenishment can be simply performed all together. Since a pair of insertion holes 3A, 3A of the connection piece 3 are positioned for both ends of the coupler body 2 by butting the connection member 4 against a stopper ring 2C in a central part 2B of the coupler body 2, the work for connecting the male screw parts 2A, 2A in both end parts of the coupler body 2 with the connection piece 3 becomes very easy.
