PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a coating having characteristics equal to or better than those of conventional resin compositions even without using styrene. SOLUTION: The resin composition for the coating consists essentially of (A) an unsaturated polyester resin, (B) a reactive monomer composed of an acrylic or a methacrylic ester [except the following component (C)], (C) a reactive diluent and (D) an organic peroxide. In the resin composition for the coating, (C) the reactive diluent is a diacrylate derivative of a polyalkylene oxide having 250-2,000 number-average molecular weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
