PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new stimulus-responsive polymer having biodegradability and biocompatibility developing thermo-responsive property under physiologic conditions. SOLUTION: The new polylysine (especially poly(ε-L-lysine)) derivative has a 1,2-epoxyalkane (especially 1,2-epoxybutane) introduced thereto. The aqueous solution composition having thermo-responsive property contains the derivative. The method for concentrating and separating an anionic compound comprises using the polylysine derivative.
