PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction fluid capable of affording a corrected coated film having good drying properties of handwriting rewritten with a water-based ink and adhesiveness to paper. SOLUTION: The correction fluid is composed of at least 30-60 wt.% of titanium oxide, 30-60 wt.% of an organic solvent and a polymer in an amount of 3-15 wt.% expressed in terms of solid content. The polymer is a polymer having at least one or two or more kinds of structures represented by general formulas (1) -CH<SB>2</SB>CH=CHCH<SB>2</SB>-, (2) -CH<SB>2</SB>-CH(-CH=CH<SB>2</SB>)-, (3) -CH<SB>2</SB>-C(-CH<SB>3</SB>)=CHCH<SB>2</SB>- and (4) -CH<SB>2</SB>-C(-CH<SB>3</SB>)-CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>2</SB>- and a structure represented by general formulas (5) CH<SB>2</SB>=C(-CH<SB>3</SB>)-COOR<SB>1</SB>(wherein, R<SB>1</SB>represents a specific group) and/or (6) CH<SB>2</SB>=C(-R<SB>2</SB>)-COO-A-NR<SB>3</SB>R<SB>4</SB>(wherein, R<SB>2</SB>, A, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>represent each a specified group).
