PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular braking control device capable of enhancing practical fuel consumption while ensuring the stability of turning behavior. SOLUTION: In the vehicular braking control device, a brake controller 5 comprises a primary regenerative limit value calculation unit 316a for setting the smaller primary regenerative limit value slimregen as the estimated understeer quantity sestunder is the larger, a secondary regenerative limit value calculation unit 316d for setting the larger secondary regenerative limit value REG_LIM as the deviation between the driver requested braking torque sbkns and the actual regenerative braking torque ER is the larger, and a select-low calculation unit 316e for selecting the regenerative quantity limit value slimregen which is the upper limit value of the target regenerative braking torque by the select-low of the primary regenerative limit value slimregen and the secondary regenerative limit value slimregen.
