PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small, compact, and highly reliable actuator structure. SOLUTION: The actuator structure is made up of an electric motor 31, a gear box 32 that reduces the output revolutions of the motor 31, and a crank shaft 34 that is driven by receiving the output revolutions decelerated and transmitted by the gear box 32. Furthermore, it is provided with a control unit 90, which controls the rotational drive of the motor 31 to drive the crank shaft 34 within a predetermined angle range, and up and down motion restriction stoppers 38a, 38b, which restrict the drive of the crank shaft 34 by exceeding the predetermined angle range by cushioning.
