PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic adhesive tape which is excellent in electric characteristics (antistatic properties), adhesion characteristics, and dust-proof properties. SOLUTION: In the antistatic adhesive tape, an adhesive layer A which keeps a dispersed conductive material and an adhesive layer B which is 0.5-10μm thick, contains no conductive material, and is arranged on the adhesive layer A overlie at least one side of a substrate.
