PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration film which keeps adhesion improved between a film substrate and a surface protective clear layer. SOLUTION: In a polymer blend comprising a carboxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 0°C and an amino group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C or below, hydroxyl groups are incorporated in either one or both of the carboxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer and the amino group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer. The film for decoration includes a (meth)acrylic film containing the polymer blend and the surface protective clear layer formed from a surface protective clear composition containing an isocynate crosslinking agent which is applied to cover the surface the (meth)acrylic film.
