PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the launching accuracy of a game ball launching device while maintaining the productivity of the game ball launching device, and also, to reduce fluctuation in the launching accuracy among the game ball launching devices. SOLUTION: This game ball launching device 30 has a launching lever 52, an urging means 80, a cam follower 60, a launching cam 74, and a driving means 70. In this case, the launching lever 52 launches a ball 2 by turning around a turning shaft 50. The urging means 80 urges the launching lever in the launching direction of the ball. The cam follower 60 is fixed to the turning shaft, and integrally turns with the launching lever. The launching cam 74 comes into contact with the cam follower, rotates while resisting the urging force of the urging means to an abutment releasing position 74γwhere abutment is released, and makes the ball launched by the launching lever by releasing the urging force. The driving means 70 rotates the launching cam. In the game ball launching device 30, a launching lever stopper member 90 is installed. The launching lever stopper member 90 projects ahead of the launching lever in the launching direction when the launching cam has rotated to a position right before reaching the abutment releasing position, and retracts when the launching cam rotates to a position after having passed the abutment releasing position.
