METHOD FOR SCREENING SECONDARY METABOLITE BY MIXED CULTURE AND PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening a secondary metabolite by using a new culture method for drawing out production ability of a new secondary metabolite of screening strain, a production method and to obtain a new culture containing the secondary metabolite obtained by using the new culture method. SOLUTION: The method for screening a secondary metabolite comprises mix culturing at least one kind of a bacterium belonging to coryneform group of bacteria having the base sequence of 16SrRNA gene exhibiting≥95% homology to a specific sequence and at least one kind of a bacterium to be tested and confirming whether a secondary metabolite is contained in the culture solution. The method for producing a secondary metabolite comprises collecting a secondary metabolite produced in the culture solution.
