A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE EXTRACT OF ANGELICA KOREANA MAXIM FOR TREATING OR PREVENTING BOVINE MASTITIS DISEASE

A composition comprising an extract of Angelica koreana Maxim is provided to prevent and treat acute mastitis, chronic mastitis or subclinical mastitis regardless of advancing lactation or dry period of bovine and show effect on mastitis causing bacteria having resistance to antibiotics and various bacteria without side effects such as swelling of breast and pyrexia. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bovine mastitis comprises 0.1-30 wt.% of a methanol extract of Angelica koreana Maxim as an effective ingredient. The composition further comprises a nano-silver formulation including 10-60 wt.% of a nano-silver solution having a concentration of 50-1,000ppm/0.45 liter.
