<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling liquid composition for a fuel cell capable of maintaining initial conductivity with little rise of conductivity due to oxidation of a base agent even with a long period of use. <P>SOLUTION: Since the cooling liquid composition for the fuel cell contains polyamine, rise of conductivity of cooling liquid due to oxidation of the base agent is effectively restrained, and the initial conductivity can be maintained even in case it is used for a long period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
