<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which enables dispersion of carbon nanotubes without adversely affecting the properties of carbon nanotubes as such and excels in electrical conductivity, film formability, and moldability and a method for manufacturing the structure which can be easily coated to cover a base material by a simple method, the coated film being excellent in electrical conductivity, transparency, water resistance, weatherability, mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, mar resistance, and hardness. <P>SOLUTION: The structure comprises an electrically conductive polymer (a), carbon nanotubes (b), and a particulate substance (c).
