<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently registering two kinds of biological information in the case of registering the data of the finger vein and the palmar vein to a transaction card and accurately detecting the data of the finger vein and the palmar vein to be registered. <P>SOLUTION: The biological information registration apparatus 1 is provided with: a finger vein detection sensor 13 for detecting the vein pattern of a finger; a palmar vein detection sensor 16 for detecting the vein pattern of a palm; and a finger vein detection sensor moving mechanism composed of a slide rail 17 and a spring member 18, etc., for varying a distance between the finger vein detection sensor 13 and the palmar vein detection sensor 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
