PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield film having an excellent light transparency and a high reliability, a method for manufacturing the electromagnetic wave shield film, and an electronic device. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive material L is disposed on a translucent substrate 2 in a line pattern shape. The transparent conductive material L is baked and a transparent conductive pattern 3 is formed on the translucent substrate 2. The method for manufacturing the electromagnetic wave shield film comprises the steps of: arranging the transparent conductive material L on the translucent substrate 2 in the line pattern shape; and baking the transparent conductive material L to form the transparent conductive material L on the translucent substrate 2.
