PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a user is confused if a target for a man's urination is not accurately indicated for preventing urine from being scattered when a man urinates and for reducing bad smell caused by oxidation/putrefaction, even if a device for indicating the target for a man's urination is provided in a toilet device. SOLUTION: This toilet device has a light source 7 for displaying the target for urination when a man urinates and a target display means 6 constituted by a diffusion means 9 for diffusing a part of light from the light source 7 to use a reflected image of the light reflected on the surface of the water by the target display means 6 as the target for urination. The light from the light source 7 is diffused by the diffusion means 9, the image formed by applying light is not reflected on a bottom face of a urinal, and the reflected image is reflected on only the surface of the water so that the user can urinate by using the target as a goal without hesitation in a safe condition even if he sees the light directly by any chance because the light is diffused by the diffusion means 9.
