PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight door which is not a hindrance to passing in a state of being fully brought down, even if arranged in a passage. SOLUTION: This watertight door comprises: a sealed bag-shaped rubber sheet 20 which is elongated in a direction crossing the passage, has the side of an upside portion 20A fixed to a deep recess 18B in a cross section along a passage direction, is raised by having its inside supplied with fluid, and brought down by discharging the inside fluid; a protrusive streak 22 which is formed on the folded portion of the rubber sheet 20 in a state of being fully brought down, and the thickness of which is smaller than those of the two rubber sheets 20 in a cross section along the passage direction; and a holding member 30 which holds the protrusive streak 22 of the rubber sheet 20 in a state of being fully brought down to the bottom surface side of a shallow recess 18A. When the holding member 30 holds the protrusive streak 22 to the bottom surface side of the shallow recess 18A, at least a top surface on the side of the protrusive streak portion 22 of the rubber sheet 20 and a floor surface 16 become parallel to each other, and the top surface of the holding member 30 and the floor surface 16 become parallel to each other.
