PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based stretch lining fabric having good stretch, exhibiting no nettled feeling on the surface, rich in luster and having soft feeling. SOLUTION: The polyester-based stretch lining fabric uses a multifilament of a conjugate fiber as warps or wefts practically without twisting and, as the other, uses a multifilament having a modified cross-section, wherein the conjugate fiber is obtained by bonding two kinds of polyester-based polymers side-by-side along the fiber length direction and at least one of which polyesters is a polyester composed mainly of polytrimethylene terephthalate.
