PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously form bulge having a desired shape on a pipe material by hydraulic forming. SOLUTION: A working segmental die 34 is set by matching to the position of necked parts of a pipe material P which is necked, charged into a cylindrical cover 31, deformed by adding internal pressure from a compressing screw 14 inserted into the inside of the pipe material P by a pressure increasing cylinder mechanism 23 and also the working segmental die 34 is forced in the axial direction of the pipe by a compressing cylinder mechanism 40, furthermore, the compressing screw 14 is pulled back by a worm mechanism in accordance with the shortening of the pipe material P by the deformation. In this way, the diameter part of the necked pipe material P is worked into the bulge having the desired shape and a plurality of bulges are formed by a single bulging. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
