A tightening ring assembly is provided to reduce the number of parts used in the assembly, to assemble easily and quickly, and to carry and handle conveniently by having a grip ring in the tightening ring. A tightening ring assembly includes a tightening ring(50) having a through hole(51a) at the center, a space for receiving a grip ring in the through hole, a tubular body(51) having a tapered surface(52) and a stopper(53) on the inner surface of the tubular body, a flange(54) on the outer surface of the tubular body with bolt holes(55) where joint bolts(60) are inserted, a grip ring(40) having a cut(41) to be put into the space and a tapered outer surface(42) with a stopper to be mated with the tapered surface of the tightening ring, and a seal ring(30) seated in a flanged section(13) of a socket(10).
