<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain energy saving by improving air-conditioning operation efficiency in a portion when air-conditioning is required only in a portion of one space in which an indoor unit group is installed. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning control device 1 has an operation unit specifying section 11, an adjacent unit specifying section 12 and an adjacent unit control section 14, and totally controls the operation of the indoor unit group. The operation unit specifying section 11 specifies operation units 30f-30h, 30k-30m, 30p-30r carrying out air-conditioning operation, among indoor units 30a, 30b, ..., 30y included in the indoor unit group. The adjacent unit specifying section 12 specifies adjacent units 30a-30c, 30i, 30n, 30s, 30u-30w adjacent to the operation units, among the indoor units 30a, 30b, ..., 30y included in the indoor unit group. The adjacent unit control section 14 causes the adjacent unit to perform airflow creation operation.
