<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack structure and a fuel cell capable of realizing improvement of a manufacturing yield, to say nothing of inhibition of performance degradation of a single cell. <P>SOLUTION: Solid electrolyte fuel cell units 1 provided with cell plates 2 each retaining a unit cell 6 and equipped with a fuel gas guide-in port 21, and separator plates 3 each equipped with a fuel gas guide-in port 31 with its outer periphery edge part jointed with that of the cell plate 2 are laminated in the plural number through collectors 15. Force in a direction crossing a lamination direction of the solid electrolyte fuel cell units 1 is given each collector 15 between the solid electrolyte fuel cell units 1, 1, so that the collector 15 is enabled to be pressed to the single cells 6 of the cell plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
