<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap-integrated spout which effectively prevents an annual thin-walled portion connecting a cap to a spout from breaking even if an external force is applied accidentally to the upper face of the cap. <P>SOLUTION: The cap-integrated spout consists of the spout 1, and the cap 3 formed integrally with the spout 1. The cap 3 is composed of a cylindrical screw 13 having a screw-engaging spiral stripe with the spout 1 on its outer surface, a horizontal base board 15 that is so formed as to close the upper end of the cylindrical screw 13, and an upright tab plate 17 formed integrally with the horizontal base board 15. The outer surface of the lower end part of the cylindrical screw 13 is joined integrally to the inner surface of the upper end part of a cylindrical body 5 via the annual thin-walled portion. Both sides of the tab table 17 extend downward with a gap formed between each end and the outer surface of the cylindrical screw 13, and the inner surface of the lower end part of each side is joined integrally to the outer surface of the upper end part of the cylindrical body 5 via a breakable bridge 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
