PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer equipped with a maintenance apparatus capable of enough maintaining a nozzle face. SOLUTION: The inkjet printer 10 is equipped with a printing apparatus 30 performing printing on a fed recording medium M with an ink delivered from the nozzle face 34a formed on a printing head 31, and a head maintenance apparatus 42 for sucking an excess ink on the nozzle face 34a. The head maintenance apparatus 42 is equipped with a cap, an elastic member, a cap holder plate and a cap holder. The cap is equipped with a stopper at the central part of the side face, to prevent the central part of the cap from curving upward by engaging the stopper with an opening part of the cap holder plate.
